The owners wanted to remove an ageing garage to create more usable outdoor space and prepare the property for future improvements.
Before demolition could begin, the garage had to be completely emptied. Rather than asking the client to organise everything themselves, we helped relocate the contents into secure storage before starting the demolition.
Once the garage was cleared, we carefully dismantled the structure, removed all waste and left the site clean and ready for whatever came next.
For many homeowners, the demolition itself is only part of the job. Making the process straightforward and reducing the stress is just as important.
Garage Clearance
Before any demolition began, the contents of the garage were carefully moved into storage, allowing the client to protect valuable belongings and avoid unnecessary disruption.
Controlled Demolition
The garage was demolished methodically, protecting neighbouring structures and maintaining a tidy working area throughout.
Waste Removal
All demolition waste was removed from site, leaving the area clean and safe.
Ready For The Next Stage
The site was handed back ready for landscaping, redevelopment or future building works.
Within two days the garage had been emptied, demolished and completely removed from the property.
By managing both the clearance and demolition, the client only needed one contractor from start to finish, making the process significantly easier than coordinating multiple companies.
The finished site was left clean, organised and ready for the next stage of the project.
