About The Demo Squad
The Demo Squad is a veteran-led demolition and strip-out contractor based in Chertsey, delivering controlled demolition and project preparation across Surrey, London and surrounding counties.
Why we exist
Demolition, strip-out and opening-up are often treated as the work to get through before the real build begins. We take the opposite view: this first stage can shape programme, access, waste, structural risk, service issues and what the next contractor inherits.
Our job is to take ownership of that disruptive stage. We understand what needs removing, identify what needs retaining, plan the work and hand the site over in the agreed condition—ready for the next stage.
Leadership
Director
David leads the commercial side of The Demo Squad, working with clients to understand the project, define the scope and make sure the team arrives knowing what needs to be achieved. His Armed Forces background informs the responsibility and delivery standards behind the business.
Operations Lead
Marcus is a British Army veteran and recipient of the Military Cross. At The Demo Squad, he brings that operational experience into the way projects are prepared, teams are led and work is delivered on site.

Our purpose
