- Local transport and standard disposal included
- Load bands are subject to available vehicle space or the stated weight allowance, whichever is reached first
- Extra two-person loading: £60 per additional 30 minutes, agreed beforehand
- Stairs, long carries, dismantling, bagging, difficult access, extra journeys and excess weight require assessment and a confirmed quotation
Green waste — what qualifies
- Light green waste: clean branches, leaves and hedge cuttings
- Wet grass, soil, turf and substantial roots require separate assessment
- Rubble, tiles, plasterboard and other dense or specialist waste are not included under the standard mixed tariff without assessment
- Special items (e.g. fridges, items containing refrigerants) need separate pricing and confirmed disposal arrangements

- Fridges, freezers and items containing refrigerants — require prior assessment, a separate quotation and confirmed disposal arrangements before collection can be agreed
Items excluded from this service
We do not collect the following. If you have these materials, you will need a specialist contractor.
- Asbestos-containing materials — excluded from this service. Arrange specialist assessment and a suitable asbestos-waste disposal route.

- Yes, subject to access. Please describe the access when you enquire — including any stairs, narrow corridors or restricted entry points — so we can confirm the scope and price accurately.
- How do I get a price?

- Do you take all types of waste?
- We collect most household, garden and renovation waste. Fridges and items containing refrigerants require prior assessment. Asbestos, needles, clinical waste and hazardous materials are excluded from this service.
- What areas do you cover?
- Chertsey, Addlestone, Weybridge, Shepperton, Staines and Egham as standard. Windsor, Slough and nearby areas by arrangement.
