When the new owners purchased this property in Cobham, one of their first priorities was removing the existing double garage to make way for the next phase of their renovation.
The garage had reached the end of its useful life and no longer suited the plans for the property. Before structural steel could be installed and the renovation could properly begin, the building needed to be demolished safely, all waste removed and the site left clean and ready for the builder.
Like many renovation projects, the demolition itself wasn't the end goal. It was the first step in getting the entire project moving.
Working closely with the client, we planned the demolition, managed the waste removal and completed the work efficiently, allowing the following trades to begin without unnecessary delays.
As the project progressed, we were also invited back to install the structural steelwork, giving the client one contractor they could trust from the first stage of the renovation through to the structural alterations.and debris to ensure a clean and safe work environment.

Yes. Unless agreed otherwise, all demolition waste is removed from site and disposed of responsibly. We leave the area clean, safe and ready for the next stage of your project, whether that's landscaping, an extension or new construction.
In many cases, planning permission is not required to demolish a garage, but every property is different. Factors such as listed buildings, conservation areas and planning conditions can affect what is needed. If you're unsure, we're happy to discuss your project and point you in the right direction.
Absolutely. We can remove the garage slab, foundations and any associated hardstanding if required. Many clients ask us to leave the site ready for landscaping, a new driveway, an extension or future building works.
