Demolition & Strip-Out Contractors Across Sussex & Brighton
The Demo Squad is based in Chertsey and undertakes suitable demolition, strip-out, structural and enabling projects across Sussex through to Brighton and the south coast. The operating area covers West Sussex, East Sussex and the Brighton & Hove city authority — from the Surrey/Sussex border towns of East Grinstead and Crawley through the inland Mid Sussex corridor to the coastal markets of Brighton, Hove, Worthing and Shoreham-by-Sea. Individual coverage pages are live for all 18 Sussex locations across two groups: Inland Sussex and Coastal & South Sussex.
The inland programme spans residential renovation, structural alteration, strip-out, enabling works, and commercial and industrial strip-out across East Grinstead, Horsham, Haywards Heath, Crawley, Lindfield, Cuckfield, Hurstpierpoint, Hassocks, Burgess Hill, Petworth and Pulborough. Crawley is the strongest commercial and industrial centre in the Sussex programme. Horsham is the strongest mixed residential and commercial market. Petworth and the rural West Sussex corridor — including Pulborough, where the company has an existing project record — generate period-property and retained-building work. The coastal and southern programme covers Brighton, Hove, Worthing, Shoreham-by-Sea, Lewes, Steyning and Arundel. Brighton is the largest and most commercially diverse market, with a substantial mixed residential, apartment, office, retail and hospitality catchment. Hove has a strong period and mansion-block residential character. Lewes lies within the South Downs National Park. Arundel and Steyning generate historic and period-property residential work. Projects are assessed by postcode, scope and programme.
